By accessing or using the ProjectGenie.ai service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

ProjectGenie.ai is a software-as-a-service platform that allows users to upload documents and utilize advanced technologies to create project plan reports. Users can view these reports on the web and export them.

To access the Service, you must create an account using Google or Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain all rights to any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant ProjectGenie.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and agree not to upload any content that violates these Terms or any applicable laws.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ProjectGenie.ai and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the European Union and other countries.

We use Stripe for payment processing. By using the Service, you agree to pay all fees or charges to your account based on our fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

In no event shall ProjectGenie.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes to these Terms by posting a prominent announcement on our Service and/or by sending you an email.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area (EEA). By using our Service, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

If you have any concerns or disputes about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, you or ProjectGenie.ai may bring a formal proceeding.
